Pricing Structure At A Glance
Valley of the Eagles offers comprehensive wedding packages and services where hundreds of couples have said “I DO” since the reopening of the clubhouse in 2020.
Each itemized quote will include the following four components
Facility Rental Fee - tables, padded chairs, setup and clean up. Time allotment for vendor and decorators setup and cleanup
Catering & Bar Packages - servers, bartenders, floor length table linens, linen napkins of one color, plates, water glass, house center pieces, greenery walls, floral walls, bridal suite, cocktail tables, lounge furniture, patio furniture, setup and clean up
Service Charge - 23% - food tasting, multiple Open House visits, one-on-one venue detailing visit, email and phone support, customized table placement and setup diagram, event production oversight of all venue-driven services
Sales Tax - currently assessed at 6.5% in Lorain County

Affordable Facility Rental
Facility rental includes - exclusive use of upper event center, outdoor deck, and outdoor pavilion between the hours of 4pm - 11pm, tables, chairs, lounge furniture, greenery walls, floral walls, cocktail tables, access to the golf course for the bride, groom, & photographer for wedding photos with a 4-seater golf cart.
All events are catered by our dedicated in house full-service kitchen staff.

Reception Packages
This venue’s experienced catering team understands the importance of the wedding meal and enjoys preparing tasty fare for couples and their guests to enjoy. Meals are made by incorporating locally sourced ingredients. There are several meal and bar packages offered for a wide budget range.
All MEAL PACKAGES include appetizers, salads, dinner rolls, main entrees, starch, and vegetables. Special pricing offered for children and vendor meals. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Opulent Plated - $75 per person
Elegant Plated - $68 per person
Classic Buffet - $58 per person
Eagles Buffet - $50 per person
OPEN BAR PACKAGES are 4.5 hours of continuous open bar during a 5hr reception function. Includes 1 bartender per 100 and the bar set up fee. The last drink is poured approx. 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of the night, as a safety measure for all who are driving their loved ones home.
